Last week (if you’ve been living under a rock) Spike Lee presented the President and the First Lady with pairs of the new Spizike colorway, dubbed the “Bordeaux.” Spike included custom made wooden shoe boxes with the Presidential Seal laser engraved into the wood (visit Kicks on Fire for pictures). The shoe sports an overall white silhouette, cement print on the heel and toe, a neutral gray base, and contrasting hits of Varsity Maize, Laser Blue and Varsity Red.
I personally like the way the colors are placed on the shoe. The blocks of color aren’t too big and break up the white nicely.
Cop-ability: If the IVs weren’t releasing this month I’d jump on these and save them for the Spring. However, I’d rather use my money for the IVs.
